It's A Start!!!

S, this is actually my 2nd blog with this site, but for some reason the 1st vanished, no idea where it went......
So I guess I should start again! today I decided when I go to bed I'm gonna do a bit of exercising, as you may know if you've read my 'about me' page you will know I'm kinda outa shape... need to fix that really.....and so I went on youtube, the god-site of all sites (apart from google that is) and I found some videos of some simple exercises , so jus basic standing 1s, and more importantly for me, as I'm EXTREMELY unfit!... some sitting 1s....
And so it started tonite 21-09-2022... the sitting 1s I've chosen to make a start with is around 11-12 mins (I'm doing them in my room where my tv has internet)... in total though plus ads its around 15mins, but its a few basic stuff, the video shows you the exercise, then it counts down 3-2-1, start, then it's a 45 secs of doing it, then a 15 sec rec, then on to the next 1, im pretty sure theres around 10 exercises in total....
I did these at around 19:15 tonight, it is now jus before 23:00, and I'm already aching!!!....... yup I'm deffo out of shape.... but I shall persist with it, theory bein it gets easier the more often you do it.... once I'm comfy doing these 10, i shall introduce adding weights to them ( starting with a fairly easy 1kg, again do them til its fairly easy, then add another, and so on, hopefully this should get me fairly decent in health, then, i shall start the walking....
Oh dont get me wrong, im not talking going miles, n miles out from the house, im literally jus gonna do laps of the front garden. My front garden has a few paths around it, 1 under the window, 1 down each side, and the path on the main road, so I shall use those, each 'lap' I'm expecting to take 30 secs, maybe less, maybe more, I honestly haven't figured that out yet, BUT the experts say to do around 20-30 mins of walking a day, so shall do my laps while listening to an album with my headfones on, which album im not sure yet though
So yeah, thats been what I've decided upon for my health, i'd like to say it shud get me fit(ish) for xmas....
